Item Description
2-3/8x2-7/8".  The issue consisted of 239 cards, with a 240th entry - the remarkably scarce Napoleon Lajoie #106 - produced in 1934 in response to consumer outcry and mailed to fans only upon request.

Lewis Albert Fonseca (1899 - 1989) was an American professional baseball first baseman, second baseman and manager in Major League Baseball for the Cincinnati Reds, Philadelphia Phillies, Cleveland Indians, and Chicago White Sox.  This signed copy is one of only two examples graded by PSA at this level with only five others ever graded higher.
