Item Description
2.5x3.5". The 1969 Topps Baseball set consists of 664 cards. The set features a color photo with the team name printed in block letters underneath. A circle contains the player's name and position. The set also hosts a substantial number of Variations, which included in the mix would bring the total number of cards in the set to nearly 700. Subsets include "League Leaders," "World Series," "All Stars," but notably absent is the inclusion of any team cards, which had regularly appeared since the 1956 Topps series.
Reginald Martinez Jackson is an American former professional baseball right fielder who played 21 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Kansas City / Oakland Athletics, Baltimore Orioles, New York Yankees, and California Angels. Some of Jacksons' career highlights include being an AL MVP, two time World Series MVP, 14 time All-Star, five time World Series Champion and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1993 in his first year of eligibility.
