Item Description
3-1/8x9.25". Text "For Governor/Gen. John F. Hartranft." He won in 1872 and served to 1879. As a Union Major General in the Civil War, he received the Medal Of Honor. He also was commander of the D.C. prison that held the Lincoln conspirators through their trial and execution. Only example we've seen and Essentially Mint.
