5x9.75" constructed of aluminum and steel in three layers for a wonderful dimensional visual effect. Front layer consists of mounting holes and high relief name "Roosevelt" in cast aluminum. Middle layer is aluminum with unpainted letters and painted pair of .25" thick red and green roses with stems, leaves and flowers. This piece is backed by a rectangle of steel plus final layer of three riveted steel strips that rise above the body of the design each with a 1/8" thick five-point gold star. Minor oxidation of the reverse steel areas. Front is NM. One of the foremost rarities from the extensive FDR Collection of Mark Furr.
