3.5x6.5" envelope pair. First is Albuquerque, NM postmark March 31, 1983 w/"A Tribute to Ballooning" imprint. Next is Philadelphia, PA postmark Feb. 15, 1979 w/"International Year of the Child" imprint. FDCs have signatures and one sketch of four famous cartoonists. Dennis the Menace w/balloon sketch by creator Hank Ketcham (1920-2001) is on NM envelope. PA envelope has three signatures of Mort Walker (Beetle Bailey), Gary Trudeau (Doonesbury) and Jim Davis (Garfiled). Lt. aging/wear. Exc. Come w/JSA COAs.
