Item Description
23.5 x 33" thin coated stock printed before the event. "Fritz Rau & Michael Scheller present Santana" w/"Special Guests Journey In Concert" tour poster w/area left blank at bottom for venue to fill in show information. Although poster features artwork from Santana's eighth studio album Festivál, it's likely these posters were produced to promote the upcoming album release in January 1977 (while the band was on their 1976 tour as the only examples found are show dates in Germany during November of 1976). Poster is rolled w/moderate handling, age and edge wear, most notably 1" tear w/loss at top center as well as losses at scattered tack holes and tape staining on front from verso at bottom left corner.
