5x21" artboard w/inked original art by Darrell McClure for Jan. 21, 1936 "Little Annie Rooney" daily strip. Blue pencil title on back "The Polar Bear." Art features four panels w/Annie and her dog Zero in the last panel. KFS copyright strip and McClure signature in last panel. Artboard has even moderate aging/wear but art remains clean. Panels have lightly yellowed varnish coat that was applied for toning effects. Small spot of wear at bottom edge of board. Still Exc.
