Item Description
12x18.5" peeled artboard w/inked original art by Charles "Doc" Winner for Dec. 11, 1938 "Elmer" Sunday page. Art features nine panels showing Elmer tricking his friends into cleaning out his shed to start a club room. He then tell's them to wait until next Summer and getting paid by his mother for cleaning out the shed. Winner has signed in last panel. KFS copyright strip in seventh panel. Artboard has even moderate aging/wear and one type cut-in but art remains clean and Exc.
